GENERAL UPDATE ON DELAYS
Update Regarding Supplier Issues 17.06.2025
We want to keep you informed about the ongoing situation with our main supplier. Unfortunately, we are currently facing significant challenges in receiving updates, products, and responses from them. Although we were promised certain items in our last update, it has now been over a month with no progress or delivery.
Communication has remained extremely poor. Despite our daily efforts to request updates, refunds, and shipments, we have not seen any meaningful developments. As of today, it appears that their website is also offline.
We understand how frustrating this is, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this difficult situation.


Pokémon sets updates:
Prismatic Evolutions & Journey Together: (last updated: 23.05.2025)
We’d like to provide a transparent update regarding the continued delays with Prismatic Evolutions and Journey Together products.
Recently, we had a meeting with one of our main distributors to address the situation directly. During the meeting, we specifically asked for clarity regarding our pre-agreed allocations and the current status of those items.
Unfortunately, the distributor was unable to provide much concrete information. While they acknowledged the issue and confirmed that we are still expected to receive the agreed quantities, they were not able to offer a clear timeline or delivery date. This ongoing uncertainty remains a major point of frustration — for us and for you.
Following the meeting, we received an email stating that a shipment containing 120 Pokémon displays would be created for us. However, as of now, there is no evidence of this shipment being processed or prepared. https://snipboard.io/SfNLcT.jpg
In the meantime, we’ve only received small and irregular deliveries of Prismatic Evolutions products, such as binders, stickers, and booster bundles — all in very limited quantities. These are being distributed as fairly as possible.
As for Journey Together, there is still no meaningful update. We suspect the same logistical issues are affecting both product lines, and despite strong initial allocations, only a small number of mini portfolios with boosters have been received.
We continue to follow up closely and will share any confirmed developments here. At this point, while we’re still being told that “you will receive your stock,” the lack of clear timelines makes planning and communication extremely difficult.

Destined Rivals: (release date: 30.05.2025)
📦 Order Fulfilment Information – Destined Rivals Release 📦
As the release of the Pokémon TCG Destined Rivals set approaches, we want to keep you informed on how we’ll handle the distribution of orders to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone:
✅ Priority for Swapped Orders
As clearly stated on our website, swapped orders will be processed first. These customers will be given priority in our fulfilment process.
💳 Order of Payment
After swapped orders, we will fulfil all remaining orders based on the order in which payment was received. This ensures that all customers are treated fairly and transparently.
📍 Pick-Up Orders
For those who selected the "Pick-Up" delivery option, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
🚚 Shipped Orders
All other orders will be dispatched as soon as we receive stock from our suppliers. Currently, no delays are known, but please note that delivery on release day cannot be guaranteed, as this depends entirely on our suppliers’ timelines.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We’re just as excited as you are for the arrival of Destined Rivals — and we’re doing everything we can to get your cards to you as quickly as possible!

Black Bolt & White Flare: (release date: 18.07.2025)
We've already started receiving questions about the upcoming Pokémon set, Black Bolt & White Flare, and we appreciate your excitement!
To answer the most common question: Yes, we have placed our pre-orders for this set and we will have it available.
However, we will not offer this set for pre-order on our website — not even with allocations.
Based on the significant issues and uncertainties surrounding recent Pokémon releases, we've made the decision to avoid pre-orders for the time being. This is to ensure a smoother experience for everyone, without the frustration of cancellations or allocation changes.
As always, we’ll announce as soon as Black Bolt & White Flare is available for purchase. Stay tuned and thank you for your continued support!
Refund information:
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process. Please note that we can only issue refunds through the same payment method you used. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund directly to your bank account. Additionally, credit card refunds often take longer than 10 days to complete.
